We started StrataPT in 2010 after recognizing that Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists were desperately seeking a company that they could trust. Additionally, they sought to partner with a company committed to going above and beyond to provide their practice with an unparalleled level of technology, customer service and financial transparency.
Over the years, we recognized that the loving encouragement and positive team environment that we provide, not only has a direct impact on the employee morale and internal operations at StrataPT, but it also flows all the way down to our clients and their patients.
As our reach has expanded to support practices nationwide, we’ve done so at a very controlled and steady pace. Our clients are never just another number to us. They’re all family and we wholeheartedly care about the success of their business. While many companies have been acquired by larger corporations that have outsourced their customer service and billing support overseas, 100% of our employees and product development is performed by our company in the United States.
