Thank you for your interest in StrataPT! We started StrataPT in 2010 after recognizing that physical and occupational therapists were desperately seeking a company that they could trust. Additionally, they sought to partner with a company that would provide them with practical systems and business solutions that were supported by phenomenal customer service. We were confident that we could deliver just that. To this day, we do not waiver and we do not bend – our clients know they can trust us and that we will go above and beyond to provide their business with an unparalleled level of support and transparency.
Over the years, we recognized that the loving encouragement and positive team environment that we provide, not only has a direct impact on the employee morale and internal operations at StrataPT, but it also flows all the way down to our clients and their patients. Our employees know and understand how deeply we care about both them and the clients we serve. While we are humble by nature, we are also confident that those we serve value and recognize the unmatched level of care and attention provided to them by our entire team.
As we have expanded our reach to support practices nationwide, we’ve done so at a very controlled and steady pace. Our clients are never just another number to us. They’re all family and we wholeheartedly care about the success of their business. We treat our client’s revenue as if it were our own and will always take an ethical, honest and transparent approach with our business practices. Most importantly, we will always do right by you.
While many companies have been acquired by larger corporations that have outsourced their customer service and billing support overseas, we remain the sole owners of StrataPT and 100% of our employees and product development is performed by our company in the United States. We are not a large corporation where decisions and product development is driven by needs of investors. Instead, we listen to the needs of our clients and work closely with our employees to deliver solutions that are designed to simplify the daily operations and improve the financial strength of our client’s business.

I’ve literally seen the owners, management and my colleagues come in on weekends to get a new client started whose billing was being wrecked by another company.
