We've helped practices make the transition in 24 hours and others in a couple weeks. We understand that the circumstances, needs and desires of each practice can vary which is why our onboarding process is well-defined but designed to move at whatever pace you desire.

What does the pricing look like with Strata?

We love sushi but not when it comes to our pricing model. Our EMR is free which is why we don’t kick off our relationship by providing you with a list of features and ask you to select the ones you want (like a sushi menu). Instead, our pricing is very simple and all-inclusive. You pay 7.00% of the total dollars collected each month. This includes our end-to-end billing and RCM service, Medicare eligibility and all of the bells and whistles included in our EMR that will help your practice run more efficiently. We may sound a little weird but we don’t believe in any setup fees, data migration fees, training fees, per-user fees, per-location fees or any other feature or add-on fees that we know will destroy your profitability. Our pricing model ensures that our incentives are fully aligned. As you grow, we will grow with you. 🚀

Do you have a discounted rate for cash patients?

Yes, cash patients (no insurance involved) are invoiced at a reduced rate of 2.50%.

Do you have a monthly minimum?

Yes. Our monthly minimum is $750 per month. This minimum would only apply if your total monthly collections were less than $10,715.00. This may seem like a random number but to break it down - $10,715 x 7.00% = $750.05 (which breaks the monthly minimum threshold).

How long does training take?

We all know that learning curves vary per person but the average training (via Zoom) takes 60 - 90 minutes on the administrative side and 60 - 90 minutes on the clinical side. Some a little more, some a little less but that's the average.
