We are a family owned and operated Physical Therapy clinic that has been in business since 1997. Over the years, we have used different billing/documentation programs to send out claims and the supporting documentation required by many insurances, attorneys, etc. But with a growing client base and the current insurance regulations, I was finding it more difficult to keep up with the steady stream of supporting documentation requests as well as the authorizations required for physical therapy treatment. Unlike other companies that we had worked with that would take 2-3 days to respond to issues that we were having. StrataPT is a very user friendly program, which makes ease of navigating, performing daily functions and of training staff members to use these functions, such as scheduling. Our Staff has responded positively to our new program and we have noticed an increase in revenue due to quick claim submissions. StrataPT and its staff have helped to alleviate many of the stresses involved in owning a physical therapy clinic and we couldn’t be happier with our switch!
