Ashley gets back to me with an answer promptly which is very important to me and my business. StrataPT is proactive with Medicare and the changes with Medicare have been seamless. I have seen other electronic documentation systems that give me a headache and are more redundant then necessary. The electronic documentation system is compliant to Medicare, easy to use, and gives you plenty of options to tailor it to your company’s needs. The electronic documentation is by far the best I have used in 13 years. The tech support is great, especially Adam. We can easily understand what tech support has to say and templates or changes get implement quickly. The support staff for billing does a great job and gets verification in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with StrataPT thus far and highly recommend their services.
