StrataPT was my choice for billing and documentation after looking at many other options and viewing many demos. I have found Strata to be impressively responsive to all questions and concerns, no matter what the issue. They are knowledgeable regarding current issues in Medicare and Strata’s electronic documentation option integrates all the changes that have been made to Medicare reporting in the last few years. Strata assists with any or all credentialing if needed which is extremely helpful for a business startup and I have found this also helpful when adding a therapist as a fill-in – reassigning Medicare credentials to my facility for a small fee. I have my own account representative. There have been very few times in the last two years when my call was not immediately answered by her personally. The support staff has helped me to create my own document templates. This was not an easy task; integrating them into the Strata system took time but I feel that this made my own personal documentation experience as simple as possible. Finally, I highly recommend StrataPT as a professionally operated, responsive, user-friendly and high quality choice for a physical therapy practice.
