This week was a bit like a road crew out repainting lane lines and adding a few well-placed signs. Clear directions and smart guardrails help everyone get where they meant to go.
This release brings a clearer view of open schedule capacity in Organization Insights, appointment-level notifications, and therapist headshots on patient reminders.
Here’s what moved with this release.
Appointment vs. Case Notifications - Rayyan added the option to designate whether a notification applies generally to the case or more specifically to the patient’s appointments. Appointment notifications now display directly inside the updated Visit Details modal (for teams on Early Access), keeping visit-specific notes right in front of you while the case sidebar continues to list all case notifications.
Required Last Names - Thom updated the patient creation workflow on the schedule to require a last name before saving, preventing incomplete demographic records from being created on the fly.
Open Capacity Tracking in Organization Insights - Ann updated the Schedule Insights report to also display the total number of "Available" blocks on your schedule alongside the share of overall capacity they represent, making it far easier to track open clinic shifts.
Therapist Photos on Appointment Reminders - Ben added the ability to include the assigned therapist’s headshot on patient appointment reminders, giving new patients extra reassurance when confirming who will be visiting their home.
Onboarding Setup Page Navigation - Ann updated the "Back to Setup" button when editing templates while in onboarding so it returns you directly to the main Setup page rather than routing back to the Onboarding overview.
Some of this week’s work happens behind the scenes, quietly keeping the road clear or laying groundwork for a future release.
Sequential Liability Payment Posting - Paul tightened the automated payment posting order when liability payers are involved, ensuring secondary payments are passed along to the next payer in line in sequence.
EOB Auto-Attachment on Secondary Rebills - Elise strengthened how EOB documents travel alongside secondary claim rebills, ensuring supporting documentation auto-attaches reliably even in complex billing scenarios.
See you on the next update!
