Episode Highlight: “If we can’t get $81 per visit, then we’re losing money and we’re not gonna do that. So we go back to Florida blue and we say, “hey, we’d like to talk to you about our contract.” We can’t get ahold of anybody. And then finally we say “Forget this, I’m terminating my contract.”
So I email them and say “Here’s my letter that says I’m terminating contract.” They come back and say, “Oh, before you do that, I would love to talk to you. Cause we think there’s something that can be said said here.” I’m like, wow, I’ve been trying to email you for three months and you haven’t responded. One day after I try and terminate my contract then you come back.”
