Product Update

A Little More Range of Motion - October 14th, 2026

Oct 14, 2026

Think of this release as a good mobility session: no singular big new feature, just a little more range everywhere you reach. Today’s update brings improvements ranging from linked appointment histories and early-bird reminders to cleaner digital signatures and smarter billing logic.

Here’s what moved with this release.

For your Front Desk team

Linked Past Appointments - Rayyan linked past appointments on the case’s appointments page directly to their spot on the schedule, opening past visits on the calendar just like upcoming ones. He also added a Status column right next to the appointment time, so reviewing a patient’s visit history takes just one glance and one click.

Earlier Reminder Delivery Times - Ann added 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM delivery options for automated appointment reminders, giving practices the flexibility to notify patients bright and early.

Targeted Unscheduled Patient Tasks - Rayyan fine-tuned the unscheduled patient tasks automation so that new tasks only appear for cases that have a target number of visits per week set.

For your Clinical team

Reverted Draft Task Alignment - Thom aligned draft document task behavior with document status. When a completed document is reverted to draft before charges go out, the completed draft document task reverts along with it.

For your Patients

Smoother Digital Signature Capture - Thom improved the signature capture field on patient engagement forms. Signature capture now registers the moment a patient lifts their finger or stylus for a cleaner stroke.

For Practice Management and Billing

Self-Pay Reset on Removed Policies - Thom updated case billing rate logic for situations where an insurance policy was added to and later removed from a new case before charges went out. The case now resets back to self-pay rather than maintaining the insurance tag.

Part A Exclusions for New Clinician Claim Holds - Rayyan updated the staff assignment workflow so Part A payers billed under the organization are excluded from automatic Medicare claim holds when onboarding new clinicians.

Refined Credentialing Follow-Ups - Elise refined payer displays in pending credentialing ticket follow-ups, automatically filtering out payers with a $0 balance to keep your list clean and actionable.

See you on the next update!
