There’s a certain satisfaction in putting together a well-coordinated outfit, one where the pieces complement each other naturally and nothing clashes or feels out of place. When your daily software tools share that same thoughtful tailoring, moving between screens feels just as seamless and put-together.
In this release, the Intake Management modal gets the same modern cut as Tasks, Held Claims replies can now be paired with the files that support them, and policy override names stay neatly aligned across secondary claims.
Here’s what moved:
Intake Management Design Refresh - Ann gave the Intake Management modal the same modern styling as the Tasks modal, turning them into a cohesive, matched set. Everything your team relies on is still there, now with a new coordinated presentation.
Polished Case Notifications & Duplication Safeguard - Ann polished the Case and Appointment notification labels with new styling on a case's Notifications page. She also eliminated an issue where quickly refreshing the page after saving could duplicate a notification.
Digital-First Patient Statements - Rayyan refined our paper statement schedule as we continue moving toward digital-first patient communication. Electronic patient balance reminders remain the fastest, most reliable way to reach patients or guardians, and the Patient Portal gives them 24/7 access to review their balances. Clinics with credit card processing enabled in StrataEMR can also accept card payments directly through the Portal. Alongside these digital options, StrataPT now mails up to two paper statements (previously three) by US Mail at 30 and 90 days after patient responsibility is established and a balance is due.
File Attachments on Held Claims Replies - Elise made it possible to attach files in your initial response to Held Claims tickets. Now, your response and supporting paperwork can travel together in a single message.
Some of this week’s work happens behind the scenes, quietly keeping the stitches tight or laying groundwork for a future release.
Direct Scheduled Job Management - David updated our internal scheduled jobs interface, allowing operations staff to adjust a clinic’s job settings directly, with less need for engineering intervention.
Override Names on Secondary Claims - Elise improved how self-override names on a policy carry through to secondary claims, ensuring secondary payers reliably see the exact provider or practice name intended.
See you on the next update!
