Downloadable Clarity Panel Summary Report - August 5th, 2026

Aug 5, 2026

When you’re working at a master craftsman’s workbench, real speed is unlocked by having the right tools within reach and keeping your workspace free of clutter. Unnecessary odds and ends or dull tools on the bench only slow down your momentum.

Today’s release is us setting up your workbench. We are sweeping away unnecessary clutter - removing abandoned calendar blocks from inactive staff, hiding dormant settings, and giving you direct CSV exports - while installing smart safeguards to stop billing loops and keep your daily operations running smoothly.

The Main Bench - what you’ll put your hands on. Sharp tools and a clear workspace for daily tasks. csv download on clarity panel summary report

CSV Export for Clarity Panel - Bob built a direct CSV export option for the Clarity Panel Summary Report. Instead of spending time copying table data by hand, your team can now download the report instantly and keep moving.

Consistent "In Progress" Status Flow - Elise refined the appointment status workflows so that clicking "Start Documentation" on a scheduled visit transitions the appointment to "In Progress" with greater consistency.

Automated Calendar Block Cleanup - David tightened up how non-appointment calendar blocks are handled when a clinician leaves your team. Blocks without a patient case attached are now automatically cleared out when a staff member is marked inactive, eliminating leftover clutter in your "No Staff" column.

Decluttered Settings - David also hid an unused integration from the Settings page, tidying up the menu so your options reflect only active, relevant tools.

Overdue Document Completion - David resolved an issue that prevented clinical notes submitted past the 30-day progress note window from being completed. While notes should ideally be finalized on time, you can now complete them whenever rare exceptions arise.

KX Modifier Rebill Safeguard - Paul added a safeguard to our KX modifier logic. Certain Medicare claims with high modifier volume could get caught in a rebill loop despite an existing KX approval; these claims now route directly to manual review instead of looping.

Duplicate Modifier Prevention - Paul closed a gap in our modifier logic that could occasionally generate a duplicate entry after manually adding and removing modifiers on a claim.

EOB Screen Stability - David resolved a blank-screen issue that could occur when internal teams added a new payment from an inbound EOB.
