This Wednesday’s release is all about flexibility and flow. We’re giving your front desk multi-therapist waitlist matching, smoothing out mobile schedule logins for clinicians, tightening authorization calculations when charges change, and building new payment tools behind the scenes in StrataLabs.

Here's a look at what changed this week.

For Your Front Desk Team

  • Multi-Therapist Waitlist Selection - Thom built support for selecting multiple preferred therapists when placing a patient on the waitlist. Your team can now match patients to whichever preferred therapist opens up an appointment first, keeping your schedule full and patients seen faster.

For Your Clinical Team

  • Direct Mobile Schedule Login - Thom fixed a login redirect issue where clicking a bookmarked link to the mobile schedule landed therapists on the main dashboard instead. Mobile schedule bookmarks now take your clinical team straight to their schedule upon logging in.

For Practice Management and Billing

  • Authorization Recalculations - Ben improved how authorizations recalculate when charges are deleted in StrataEMR, ensuring your authorization counts stay precise even as billing adjustments happen.

  • Fewer Authorization Errors - Ben adjusted the criteria for placeholder (stub) authorizations when auth is required prior to the initial evaluation, closing a rare gap where a same-day stub and a real authorization could conflict and cause an unnecessary error message.

StrataLabs

Some of this week’s work happens behind the scenes, quietly keeping the engine running or laying groundwork for a future release.

  • New Payment Posting Tools - Elise is building out a new suite of internal payment posting tools. This groundwork will streamline backend processing and help our team post payments with even greater speed and precision.
