Every journey leaves footprints. For patients, it's the visits completed before they reached StrataPT and the claims that traveled back and forth with payers. For your team, it's the training that gets them up to speed. When you can see where someone has already been, it's much easier to guide where they're going next.
This release helps you follow that trail. Prior visits now count toward the Plan of Care tracker, claim history in the Clarity Panel reads like a timeline, and we're laying the path for StrataPT University to connect directly to StrataEMR.
Here’s what moved:
Prior Visit Counts in Plan of Care Tracker - For clinics using the updated Visit Details modal on the schedule in Early Access, Thom updated the Plan of Care tracker to factor in numbers entered in the "Visits Prior to StrataPT" field on the Case Info page. This ensures overall visit totals reflect the patient's full journey, especially helpful for clinics transitioning to StrataPT from a previous EMR.

Clarity Panel Modernization & Timeline View - Thom and Ann worked together on a Clarity Panel refresh, matching the modern table and modal aesthetic introduced in places like Intake Management. The Details button now opens inside a modal instead of launching a separate browser window, where claim history is organized into a timeline that is easy to read at a glance.
StrataPT University Enrollment Bridge - Rayyan is building a direct bridge between StrataEMR and StrataPT University. A new StrataPT University tab on the Setup Staff page will display team access at a glance, and the staff edit screen will show each team member’s current enrollment status, making training and onboarding oversight simple.
Some of this week’s work happens behind the scenes, quietly clearing the path or laying groundwork for a future release.
Pending Mail Transmission Error Handling - Ann expanded expanded visibility into automatically flagged internal mail transmission errors. More robust error breakdowns and a direct edit button allow faster fixes from our team.
See you on the next update!
