That is exactly how we approached this update to our Schedule. After listening closely to your detailed feedback from last week, we took the feature back to the drawing board for a precision re-tooling. The refreshed schedule sidebar is live today, built around the way your clinic moves.
Say hello to the new Schedule Toolbar
Starting today, you'll see a new toolbar to the right of your schedule. Here's a look at what's new:
Collapsed By Default - The sidebar now collapses into a sleek icon-based toolbar by default, giving you back your full schedule width for maximum visibility. Hover over any of the icons to see the name of each tool.
Smart Notification Badges - Badge indicators show how many items are in your Waitlist, as well as how many Cancellations or Deletions the selected day had.
Responsive Layout - Opening a panel smoothly narrows the schedule view instead of covering it, snapping right back to the toolbar when closed.
Easier Scrolling - A horizontal scrollbar and buttons to navigate left/right appears whenever your schedule exceeds the width of your screen.

- Keeping Notes Completed - Ben resolved a timing loop where auto-save could kick in immediately after saving a finalized discharge or non-visit note, unintentionally reopening it back into draft status. Completed notes now stay strictly completed.
