This release includes an improvement to the way information is displayed in the clarity panel. We’re also bringing you a new live page on our website and a fix for Therapy Directors attempting to build schedule templates.
New
StrataEMR - The Clarity Panel in StrataEMR now shows the underlying electronically-submitted claim data when a claim is created or re-billed. This will apply to all dates of service moving forward. If you do not have access to the Clarity Panel for a case, contact your organization administrator to request access.
Website - We’ve added our Strata Live page to our website, giving you a live view of reimbursements and patients served, updated automatically.
Fixed
StrataEMR - We’ve resolved an issue where a user at the Therapy Director level of access was taken back to the Dashboard when the Schedule Templates button was clicked. Therapy Directors will now be able to build Schedule Templates as expected.
