In this release we’re focusing on collecting patient balances. We’ve released a fix and an improvement that should help make this process smoother for your teams.
StrataEMR- We’ve decreased the lag time between the moment a patient’s payment is posted and when the yellow bar on the patient’s case clears the “collect balance” alert.
StrataEMR - Previously the task to collect a patient’s balance could incorrectly show as $0 even when a balance does exist. This has been resolved and the appropriate dollar amount to collect will reflect as expected.
