This release includes an improvement our internal work order process. Additionally, we fixed several items, including an autosave function on draft documents, an error in the Insurance Setup page, and a scenario preventing claims from automatically re-billing after KX modifier approval.
Internal - We’ve improved the process for creating internal work orders to address pending claim activity.
StrataEMR - In certain circumstances where there were multiple insurance warnings or errors, the autosave feature would not trigger on a draft document. We’ve made sure this won’t happen again going forward.
StrataEMR - Previously, selecting an insurance within the Insurance Setup page could incorrectly lead to an error. We’ve resolved this, and the page now functions as expected.
Internal - We’ve resolved a case where the outbound fax screen would incorrectly display as blank for some internal StrataPT team members.
Internal - We've corrected an issue that prevented dates of service from automatically re-billing after a KX modifier was approved.
