This release includes improvements to an upcoming new report and to the way we’re working with inbound documents internally. It also includes a fix to an internal notes field that wasn’t logging changes correctly.
Internal - We’re continuing to improve the monthly Practice Analytics Report that will be automatically delivered to all customers in a future release, specifically around when the report is generated.
Internal - We’ve improved the way inbound documents are identified and classified, keeping pages of multipage documents grouped together better.
Internal - We’ve caught and fixed an ERA Notes field that wasn’t correctly logging changes, resulting in difficulty understanding the history of work being done on an account.
