In this update, our team has released several product improvements focused on automation, documentation accuracy, and workflow speed. Below you’ll find the details of what’s new, improved, and fixed across StrataEMR and StrataPT.
New
- StrataEMR - When opening up a support ticket you can now share that support ticket’s visibility with Front Desk staff
Improved
- StrataEMR - Policy-level errors have been moved to the top of the policy card to make the error more prominent. This update also prepares for the upcoming ability to manually re-validate a policy flagged by Automatic Policy Validation.
StrataEMR - EOBs are now automatically classified, split, and routed when they’re uploaded through the “Send EOB” page in StrataEMR. This automation builds on several months of manual classification work by our teams to reduce the posting time of those paper documents.
Internal - We made an improvement to how our Technical Support team views and manages incoming technical support tickets.
Fixed
StrataEMR - We identified a scenario where a draft document was unable to be deleted due to a charge existing for that day of service.
StrataEMR - When deleting a clinical document there were some cases where the corresponding task may not have been deleted as expected.
