Adding the right policy to a case just got a little easier. StrataEMR now surfaces real-time recommendations when you're adding a policy, so your team always has the context they need to make the right call, right in the moment, without having to ask around.
Here's what's new:
- Mako now recommends the best path forward when adding a policy. Based on the current state of the case, you'll see contextual guidance that helps you choose the right policy type, including a direct option to create a new case when that's the better fit.
- A case rate badge on every case. A quick visual indicator now shows whether a case is self-pay or insurance at a glance, so your whole team is always oriented before making changes.
- More visibility for Practice Admins and Business Owners. Users with those roles will see additional case context directly on the Policies page.
