We all know that exact feeling when you’re watching a new movie, a random character walks on screen, and you instantly point at the TV and say, "Hey wait, that’s the guy from that other show!" There is a distinct kind of satisfaction in spotting a familiar face in an unexpected role. It gives the whole thing instant credibility. You lean in instead of tuning out.
This Friday’s updates are all about bringing that same satisfying recognition to your daily workflows. We’re putting familiar names and actions exactly where you expect them, and making sure they show up reliably every time, whether that’s ensuring your patients recognize your clinic's name on their mail, sequencing system alerts so they make immediate sense, or making sure your action buttons hit their cues every single time.
The main cast. The familiar features taking center stage on your screen.

Updated Return Address - We heard your feedback loud and clear: patients were hesitant to open their printed statements because the return address envelope displayed "StrataPT, LLC." Some assumed it was junk mail and disregarded it, while others called in to verify it was real. Paul updated the envelope configuration so it now prominently features your clinic's name and address, giving patients a familiar star they trust the moment it lands in their hands.

Improved Demographic Alerts - Thom smoothed out a bottleneck in the demographic validation flow. Previously, a case with incomplete patient info could cause a broad error message that sent you to another page to figure out what was actually wrong. He re-cast these alerts so the real culprit steps into the spotlight first. The missing information is called out directly, so you instantly recognize what needs fixing.
The crew behind the camera. The production work that makes every scene seamless.
Consistent Action Buttons - Elise resolved an intermittent issue where internal tickets would occasionally lose their "send" and "reply" buttons. Now these familiar faces show up for every scene, right where you expect them, so the team never misses a beat closing the loop on follow-ups.
See you on the next update!
