During the morning rush at a busy coffee shop, speed comes down to small ergonomic details. A sticky grinder dial, a register prompt demanding extra notes, an off-kilter cooler door - any one can stall the whole line. When every button, tool, and surface is dialed in, the shift flows.
Today's release clears that kind of friction across the counter. We've smoothed schedule scrolling on specific devices, made payment notes optional again, silenced false policy-error alerts, and sharpened Stub Authorizations and Medicare fee estimates.
The Front Counter. Daily bar flow, customer interaction, and ergonomic controls.
Timely Stub Authorizations - Ben added automatic Start and End dates to auto-generated Stub Authorizations. These placeholders now launch with clear timeframe boundaries right out of the gate, helping you know exactly when a full authorization is required.
Smooth Schedule Scrolling - Bob adjusted the schedule sidebar container height for touchpad and tablet users and those on smaller or scaled screens. Scrolling now glides smoothly without getting stuck mid-view.
Fewer False Policy Error Alerts - Alexis and David eliminated a validation behavior that was occasionally triggering false error alerts on valid demographic info, keeping your team from re-checking data that was correct all along.
Optional Payment Notes - Thom made payment notes optional again when capturing patient payments. Sometimes a routine payment really doesn't need a caption, letting you ring it up without forced typing.
The Storefront Window. Clear menus and accurate estimates for visiting guests.
Medicare Fee Calculator Calibration - Ben audited the Medicare Fee Calculator’s handling of Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) codes to ensure PTA/OTA de minimis reductions align with updated CMS guidance, giving you extra reassurance when estimating rates.
The Roastery. Behind-the-bar prep, automated machinery, and upcoming blends.
[Sneak Peek] Online Patient Registration and Appointment Requests - The team is building the framework for a tool that will allow patients to register and request appointments directly from a link on your website, complete with the much-requested ability to snap photos of their insurance card right from their smartphone camera.
Smarter Split Document Classification - David taught Mako how to better recognize and classify complex incoming documents that contain both a denial form and a partial payment.
Retired Legacy Button - David sent an older internal button for checking payment statuses into retirement. It predates the automated job that now reconciles payments in real time, so the manual check had become an unnecessary step rather than a useful one.
Automated Provider Dispute Resolution - Tyler added an automated Provider Dispute Resolution form to our internal library, replacing a manual filing process with quicker form generation.
See you on the next update!
