Internal - Paul and Mariah teamed up to build upon the foundations laid by Ben, introducing new, sophisticated layers to how Mako AI handles authorization denials. By maturing the logic behind these workflows, we’ve reduced manual steps, allowing our "Ground Control" teams to resolve work orders and tasks with even greater speed and precision.
StrataEMR - Thom has refined the logic of the Financial Card to provide a high-definition picture of a patient's true balance. The card now accounts for payments that are pending application, ensuring that unapplied funds are factored in immediately. This provides your front office with the real-time telemetry needed for total billing transparency.
StrataEMR - Thanks to a great catch from Amanda, Dante updated the Humana payer configuration for CPT 97110. He’s removed an outdated unit cap to reflect Humana’s actual reimbursable limits, ensuring you capture the full value of the care you provide.
Website - Elise updated the background architecture of stratapt.com to our latest gradient version. Every blue section of the site now reflects a look worthy of a 2026 splashdown.
Internal - Ben transitioned the remittance download option from a static setting to an internal business rule. This maturation gives our team the flexibility to manage this configuration on a per-organization basis instantly, without requiring a code change.
Internal - Thom added ChampVA as a selectable scenario within our internal Global Payer Search. This makes it easier for our teams to find and apply the correct payer logic for our veterans and their families.
Internal - Different payers sometimes use different dialects. Paul configured a specialized, payer-specific note for Box 19 for a payer that uses the word "units" when they mean "visits." By clarifying this terminology directly on the claim, we’re continuing to stay ahead of denials before they ever have a chance to break your momentum.
StrataEMR - Thom implemented an upgrade to the Mako AI Scribe upload process. The improved retry option kicks if browser or connectivity conditions aren't ideal. It ensures your data reaches its destination even when the signal gets "choppy" during re-entry.
