The Physician-Facing Experience: Bob has been architecting a fully digital signature workflow for referring physicians. This feature will allow Plan of Care documents to be sent, reviewed, and signed electronically - no printer or scanner required.

StrataEMR - Elise has introduced a name override for patient policies. When a policy is set to "Self," you now have a dedicated name field to ensure the EMR reflects exactly what the payer requires, even if a patient's name varies slightly between their primary and secondary coverage.
Internal - Thom has reinforced the engine behind the patient case header and financial card. By consolidating and caching how the system retrieves visit stats and balances, he’s eliminated unnecessary database calls. You get the same high-definition accuracy with snappier load times

StrataEMR - To keep your communication fluid, Thom matured the messaging logic within tasks. Now, when you send a message directly from a task, the patient is automatically attached. It’s a small change that removes an extra step and ensures context is always where it belongs.
Internal - Adding upon his work last week, Paul has leveled up our internal denial queue intelligence even further. The system is will now additionally check for a "Pending Client Action" status before generating a new authorization denial work order. If your clinic is already on it, Mako knows it, preventing duplicate work and keeping our queues clean.
Internal - Paul also refined the logic governing internal payment arrangement reviews. By smoothing out the processing triggers, he’s ensured these reviews maintain their predictable rhythm.
