This Friday’s release is defined by evolutions. This week, we officially crossed the $400M milestone in collected revenue for our partner clinics - a massive testament to the work you do every day. To keep that momentum accelerating, we’re maturing one of your most-used tools: the Send EOB page has evolved into a high-visibility Upload command center.
By combining a more powerful front-end experience with Mako AI’s new ability to automatically sort and split your documents on the back end, we’re continuing to build a ecosystem of digital confidence that brings about real world calm for your team.
StrataEMR - Sending documents to StrataPT just got significantly more sophisticated. Thom has overhauled the "Send EOB" page—now simply and accurately renamed "Upload." You can now upload multiple files simultaneously, track exactly who submitted the file, and monitor the real-time processing status. It’s a cleaner, more intuitive path for your data.

Internal - David has upgraded our document classification, enabling Mako AI to take the lead on incoming paperwork. Instead of our team receiving a single mixed PDF that requires manual sorting, Mako AI now perceptively reads, splits, and automatically splits up groups of documents uploaded at one time by document type. This maturation transforms a multi-step manual task into an instant, automated flow that’s finished before anyone even picks up their coffee.
Internal - To uphold our value of being remarkably transparent, David added reference links inside the internal classification decisions Mako AI makes. Because we prefer to show our work rather than just tell someone it’s handled, our team will be able to see Mako AI’s reasoning and exactly where each classified page landed. No jargon and no mystery, just clear, visible logic that ensures automated speed never sacrifices precision.
StrataEMR - Ben delivered a fresh round of performance optimizations across StrataEMR. These refinements keep load times snappy and the entire system feeling as responsive as a shark in the open water.
StrataEMR - Thom investigated and resolved a rendering quirk in our patient engagement forms that occasionally allowed a signature field to be bypassed. We’ve strengthened the validation logic, ensuring signatures are always captured and behaving with total reliability.
Website - Bob updated our Live Reimbursements page to ensure Safari users also have a front-row seat to our live payment data. With $400M collected and counting, this is one tab on your browser you’ll want to keep an eye on.
See you on the next update!
