Last night’s release is giving that "see-through" efficiency. We’ve been building better visibility into our internal tools and adding a clear force field around your billing modifiers to keep unnecessary denials from reaching your practice.
Internal - Thom upgraded our internal organization selection screen. We can now see an account's status in a dedicated column the list, eliminating extra clicks and helping our team move faster.
Internal - Thom also added an additional intelligence layer to our internal message threads. Mako will run a new check before work is created for our team, further preventing duplicate work and keeping our support queues focused and fast.
StrataEMR - Paul resolved a logic hurdle involving a telehealth modifier. Previously, this modifier was occasionally added to CPT codes for visits labeled as Office visits, leading to avoidable claim denials. Paul has tightened these rules so this modifier only happens when the context is actually telehealth.
