Some releases are about paint and decor, adding a big splash of new color. Some are about the framing behind the walls. Today’s is one of those: quieter on the surface, but laying the foundation that upcoming features will stand on. We’re teasing a new schedule experience, sharpening claim-tracing visibility, and handing pieces of repetitive AR work off to Mako’s automation.
The Blueprint. Early structure that we're framing out for your team.
Centralized Visit Details - Thom is laying the foundational groundwork for a brand-new Visit Details experience right on the Schedule. Soon, clicking a visit will open a centralized command hub featuring check-in and status actions, case balances, Plan of Care utilization, and recent visit history all in one modal. The framework is officially taking shape, keep an eye on future product updates for information on how to test and provide feedback on the feature via Early Access.
The Wiring. Behind-the-scenes work that powers smooth operations.
Enhanced Claim Status Audit Logging - Paul added deeper logging around manual claim status changes on the billing claims page. This gives our RCM team better visibility when auditing claim histories and tracing down exactly how a claim status reached its current state.
Automated AR Management - Ben built out a new automated AR handling workflow. What previously required someone to trigger a script by hand is now executed by Mako in the background, more easily keeping small AR balances in check before they add up.
See you on the next update!
