Product Update

What’s New - February 13th, 2026

Feb 13, 2026

Since today is Friday the 13th, we figured the best way to avoid bad luck was to make everything in StrataPT a whole lot clearer. There’s nothing scarier than a high-severity alert that doesn't tell you how to fix it, or a task from the billing team that reads like a cryptic riddle.

This week, the team is focused on providing improving the maps for your workflow. Tasks from the StrataPT team now contain more detailed instructions, Thom has turned alerts into helpful shortcuts that take you exactly where you need to go, and David is giving even our error messages a glow-up so they match the new aesthetic. We’re also making sure that if you’re a brand-new clinic, you don't get a "ghost" report with zero data in it. It’s all about more signal and less noise. CleanShot 2026-02-13 at 11

Case Header and Sidebar (Early Access)

  • Improved - Instead of just telling you something is wrong and leaving you to find the cause, alerts for issues that prevent billing or documentation to move forward now link directly to the source of the issue whenever possible. Thom made it so you can jump straight to the fix with a single click.

  • Improved - David realized that even error messages deserve to look nice. He’s updated a few old-school alert styles in the case to match the modern look of the new case header and sidebar.

  • Improved - Thom refined how the case header and sidebar behave when you’re scrolling through long charts. They now stay locked in place more consistently, keeping your information right where you expect it.

New

  • StrataEMR - Tasks generated for you by the StrataPT teams just got a lot more helpful thanks to David and Elise. You’ll now see more detailed instructions in the task text so you know exactly what’s needed to resolve the issue. We’ve also standardized the Assign button for a more consistent experience.

Improved

  • StrataEMR - Thom updated the Practice Analytics process to prevent the system from generating empty reports for brand-new clinics that don't have data to report yet.

Fixed

  • Website - Elise caught and fixed an error on the Product Updates page. The "View All Updates" button is back in action for whenever you want to take a stroll down memory lane.

  • Internal - Mariah noticed that certain internal work orders were being generated unnecessarily. Paul updated the logic to prevent this from happening, keeping the team focused on the tasks that actually require their attention.

See you on the next update!
