The groundhog may have seen his shadow yesterday, but at StrataPT, we aren't waiting around for six more weeks of winter. While Phil Connors is stuck in a time loop, Thom has been working double-time to make sure our Early Access users are already living in the future of the EMR.
From a glow-up for the Medicare Benefit Tracker to a new tabbed Appointment Manager, we are shipping updates to our testers faster than Punxsutawney Phil can duck back into his hole. While our general release remains the steady, reliable backbone of your practice, our Early Access users are currently enjoying a bit of an early spring with Mako AI Scribe and the new case header and sidebar. If you want to skip the wait and help us shape the next generation of StrataPT, we’d love to have you join the crew.
Outside of the Early Access timeline, Antonio is beefing up our ICD-10 library, and David is making sure your payment reports don't get stage fright when you use custom dates.
Upcoming - We’re testing an update to our schedule that will bring you the ability to select one or more facilities and staff to see on the schedule. Thom helped these dropdowns remember where you left off when you return to the schedule.
Improved - For our users testing the new Appointment Manager in their cases, Thom has switched the appointment view to use tabs to see all upcoming and past appointments on the patient’s schedule.
Improved - Thom gave the Medicare Benefit Tracker a new coat of paint, moved it into the new Financial card at the top of the sidebar, and made sure it was showing correctly for our Early Access participants.
Fixed - Thom fixed an issue where the new notifications in the case sidebar may get tripped up by certain characters. Everything looks squeaky clean now.
Fixed - When opening and completing a task from the new Case Sidebar, the Tasks tab wasn’t staying open. Thom straightened things out and you can now pick up where you left off when the task modal closes.
Fixed - When completing a task from the Case Sidebar the task wasn’t immediately removed from the sidebar. Thanks to Thom, completed tasks leave the sidebar right away.
StrataEMR - Antonio added the following ICD 10 K Codes to StrataEMR:
StrataEMR - Dante added CPT S9152 to the list of codes not covered by Medicare.
Internal - To prepare for an upcoming update to the invoices report, Ben polished up a few details on what is shown and when.
Internal - Paul made some improvements to how Mako identifies and alerts if there is an unexpected drop in ERAs from payers.
Internal - Paul also made a few improvements to how Mako processes Aetna remits.
Internal - To prepare for an upcoming change to the invoices report, Ben improved how we store and report on individual line items.
Internal - Paul enhanced the way we track Overpayment Fax documents uploaded by customers.
Internal - Ben improved how we manage Mako’s Automatic Claim Validation for payers and organizations.
StrataEMR - David fixed an issue where Patient Payment Report might not load as expected when custom dates were used.
StrataEMR - When patients check in using StrataEMR’s Kiosk, Thom updated the patient list to make sure that patients in your waiting room are no longer shown on the list.
See you on the next update!
