We’re halfway through the first month of 2026 and full steam ahead on making improvements to our systems. Today’s release is focused on internal improvements to things like work orders, action logging, and updated payer rules. Internal work like this is an important part of building a firm foundation for the exciting external features we will be releasing this year.
Internal - David improved the internal audit logging for our internal API endpoints, allowing for easier investigation of actions taken within StrataEMR.
Internal - Mariah and Thom worked on some new assignment routing for a few internal work orders, which will continue to improve response times.
Internal - As part of the further work on the future update that will show the underlying electronically-submitted claim data from the Clarity Panel when a claim is created or re-billed, Elise added a timestamp to the viewer.
Internal - Paul did some work to improve how voicemail tickets land as work orders, depending upon the way each specific team handles voicemails.
Internal - Paul made an update to the internal rules we have in place for advising clinics when billing workers compensation claims in the state of Massachusetts.
Internal - Paul uncovered some work orders that were duplicating and made some corrections. Teams will now be able to work more efficiently without having to navigate around duplicate work orders.
