Meanwhile, David is helping our mobile clinics hit the road with more structure when they want it, and Thom is making sure your Medicare tracking is always within eyeshot in the Early Access sidebar. And for those moments when you're waiting for the magic to happen, we’ve added status updates to the Mako AI Scribe so you can stop wondering if the AI is actually working or on a coffee break.
StrataEMR - When searching for a patient on the schedule, Elise added a new "Case Type" column. Now, if a patient is seeing you for multiple disciplines, you can pick the right case the first time, every time.
StrataEMR - We know mobile clinics need to be dynamic, but sometimes you still want your week to have consistent structure. David added an override that allows mobile facilities to use schedule templates if their routine is regular enough to need them.
Early Access - When using the Early Access header and sidebar, you’ll now see the Medicare benefit usage tracker integrated into the sidebar, thanks to Thom.
Early Access - No more guessing games. David added new loading statuses to Mako AI Scribe. You’ll see exactly when it’s uploading, transcribing, or generating, so you know exactly when it’s safe to move on to your next task.
StrataEMR - David found that, in very rare instances, scheduled appointments may be given a duplicate system ID. He’s tightened the logic to ensure every appointment is as unique as the patient it belongs to.
Internal - Jadon caught a workflow loop that caused additional work orders to be created in specific instances where a GW modifier was applied. Paul updated this workflow to keep these extra work orders from being created.
Internal - We’re showing Louisiana some more love again today. Bobbi caught that we needed to make some updates to the Medicaid of Louisiana fee schedule, and Dante made it happen.
