Ask any top culinary team and they’ll tell you that a smooth dinner service isn't built during peak rush hour, it’s won during prep (mise en place). Having ingredients mislabeled, out of order, or delivered late throws off the entire line. Software operates on the same principle: when timing is slightly off or information gets swapped, the momentum of your day stalls before you even get started.
Today’s release is all about perfecting our prep work. We are making sure every ingredient in your daily workflow is exactly where it belongs, from correcting timezone timing so patients check in seamlessly, to keeping name fields properly ordered, to dialing in exact billing recipes behind the scenes.
Front of House. Clean presentation and perfect timing for staff and patients.
Name Swap Fix - Elise resolved a mix-up in the Self-Override relationship field where selecting that option could swap a patient’s first and last name in the suggested override. Names now stay in their proper order, ready for immediate service.
Kiosk Check-Ins - Paul corrected a timezone offset issue that was preventing scheduled appointments from displaying on the patient check-in kiosk. With timing re-synced, patients can view their upcoming visits and check in right on schedule.
The Prep Kitchen. Precise recipes and smooth handoffs behind the line.
RTM Modifier Precision - Paul refined the logic governing when the rehabilitative modifier (97) is applied for Humana claims, specifically when billing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM). This update ensures your claims follow the exact billing recipe Humana expects without requiring manual intervention.
Reinforced Billing Mechanics - Paul also tightened up several billing edge cases behind the line, including:
Resolved an issue with specific crossover claim processing
Corrected a balance calculation that was grabbing the wrong value
Eliminated duplicate work orders generated from certain ERA files
Each is now reinforced, keeping billing precise even in rare scenarios.
Visible Ticket Replies - Elise smoothed out a spot in our internal support ticketing tool where replies intended for clients were occasionally saved as internal notes instead. Client-facing messages now route properly every time, ensuring communications reach the right audience without getting tucked away out of sight.
See you on the next update!
