Product Update

What’s New - June 26th, 2026

If you’ve ever driven across a large bridge in a place where the seasons swing from freezing winters to scorching summers, you’ve probably crossed over expansion joints, those interlocking metal teeth built into the roadway. They exist because engineers know that a bridge cannot be entirely rigid. If it can’t expand and contract to adapt to the shifting temperature of its environment, the concrete will crack under the stress.

Software needs that same structural breathing room to fit the shifting climates of your daily operations. This Friday's updates focus on leveraging that flexibility within StrataEMR. We are expanding our documentation parameters to match true human anatomy, ensuring time-zone indicators clearly show the shift for local realities, and giving our backend the flexibility needed to track complex, multi-tax-ID business structures without hitting a rigid system wall.

StrataEMR

The front line. Updates and refinements you’ll interact with firsthand within StrataEMR.

True-to-Life Range of Motion - Dante calibrated the cervical spine passive ROM dropdown menus to better mirror clinical reality. Available values for flexion, extension, and rotation now extend up to 90 degrees, giving clinicians the full spectrum they need to document diagnoses like hypermobility or maximum extensions accurately without hitting an artificial system ceiling mid-assessment.

Ticketing Refinements - Following up on the rollout of the redesigned support tickets earlier this week, Thom deployed a round of post-launch optimization tweaks. This includes refining the backend logic for how tickets generated directly by the StrataPT team route back to your clinic through the new categories, keeping two-way communication seamless.

Visual Confirmation for DST - David resolved a display quirk on the Facilities settings page where the Daylight Saving Time (DST) checkbox would appear unchecked when the page reloaded, even though the data had saved perfectly behind the scenes. The screen now reliably mirrors your saved configuration, a helpful fix for tracking true local time rules in states like Hawaii.

StrataLabs

The engine room. Internal improvements you won’t see on your screen, but you’ll certainly feel the impact of.

Multi-Entity Enrollment Tracking - Alexis and Elise joined forces to improve how our teams track enrollment approvals for practices that are managing multiple facilities spanning different Tax IDs and unique NPI numbers.

See you on the next update!
