Product Update

What’s New - June 2nd, 2026

Jun 3, 2026

Have you ever worn a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription? It’s not that you’re completely in the dark; it’s just that things are slightly out of alignment, forcing you to squint or second-guess what is right in front of you.

Today’s release is about that clear sight. We are making sure that different parts of a case reflect the same information, eliminating scheduling "double vision," and passing the flashlight directly to our team so nothing is in a blind spot.

StrataEMR

The front line. Updates and refinements you’ll interact with firsthand within StrataEMR.

Improved - Elise realigned the billing explainer text inside the blue box on the Policies page with the billing badge (Insurance or Self-Pay) at the top of a patient's case. Previously, minor timing differences could cause one to update slightly faster than the other, creating a brief mismatch. Now, they lock step and move together instantly, eliminating any mid-workflow second-guessing.

Fixed - Thom smoothed out an edge case within the Plan of Care scheduling tool. When rescheduling appointments that were part of an active series, the system would occasionally trigger duplicate appointments on the calendar. Thom tightened the series logic so your schedule updates cleanly without any unintentional clones.

StrataLabs

The engine room. Internal improvements you won’t see on your screen, but you’ll certainly feel the impact of.

Improved - Thom gave more of our team direct line of sight into mail transmission errors. Previously, when a mailed statement failed to send, only an engineer could see the reason, leaving others in a blind spot. Now, error details and fix options surface for the whole team, so that they can diagnose and resolve issues by themselves on the spot.

See you on the next update!
