Island Time, Aligned - David realigned our system clocks to correctly account for Hawaii Standard Time. Because Hawaii doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time, the EMR was experiencing a time mismatch. Our Hawaii clinics are now officially surfing on the accurate local time.
Mako Reads the Whole Room - Elise tightened the logic Mako uses to determine if a ticket is fully resolved. Previously, Mako would look primarily at the original issue and declare the ticket done, occasionally closing the thread even if you had just sent a follow-up question. Mako now reviews the entire conversation before making that call, giving our team a proper window to see and respond before anything wraps up.
Validating Validation - Ben implemented a temporary safeguard for a specific payer whose policy validation responses were triggering unnecessary holds on clinical documentation. These unnecessary warnings were blocking notes and slowing providers down; this new filter keeps your clinical documentation flowing without interruption.

Grounding Your Billing History - Ben re-aligned our internal claim release logic to protect historical data integrity. Previously, during a hold release, already-paid charges could occasionally have their original dates accidentally shifted to the current day. This fix ensures your financial history stays permanently grounded in when the actual work occurred.
