Product Update

What’s New - March 10th, 2026

Mar 11, 2026

Just like a patient working through a plateau, progress is all about those micro-adjustments that eventually lead to a full range of motion. This week, we’ve been spending time fine-tuning some mechanics. Whether it's making sure your billing warnings are as sharp and fresh or ensuring our internal automations are dialed in on exactly which document is which, we’re focused on the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.

Improved

StrataEMR - For our clinics working with United Healthcare Community Plan of NY, Dante updated a specialized billing rule. The system will trigger a warning if you attempt to use a CPT code that isn't reimbursable by that payer. It’s a small "micro-adjustment" that could prevent a major denial headache later for those of you in a New York state of mind.

Internal - David is continuing to hone our internal process for document classification. This ongoing work helps our automations identify and sort incoming documents with even higher precision, keeping our digital filing cabinets perfectly organized.

Fixed

StrataEMR - If you were looking for the Policies page but the header at the top told you that you were in "Patient Notifications," you weren't lost. Thom caught the incorrect text and updated the heading so the sign matches the destination.

See you on the next update!
