This week’s release is all about un-crossing the wires. Have you ever been in a conversation where you’ve clearly moved on to a new topic, but the person you’re talking to is still stuck on the last thing you said? Software can be the same way.
Whether it was a task button that refused to leave the screen or Mako AI needing a better way to describe a lack of policy validation, Thom and David spent the week ensuring the system stays with you in the present moment. We’re also continuing to dig deep in the engine room, laying the foundations for the next generation of clinical documentation.
StrataEMR - In the rare instance where Mako AI runs into a communication hurdle while trying to complete a policy validation, the error message did not provide a clear explanation of the issue. Thom updated the language to be more descriptive, so you know exactly what’s happening if the shark hits a small patch of weeds in the deep.
Internal - David is back in the engine room, fabricating the pieces for a future update to clinical documentation and templates. It’s internal work for now, but it’s the essential groundwork that will eventually make it easier to handle your clinical documentation.
Internal - David also polished the text on some internal fields our team uses to build payer rules for authorizations. By making things clearer for our internal crew, we can get your custom payer rules live and accurate even faster.
StrataEMR - Thom fixed a case of "sticky buttons." Previously, when opening a task related to GW modifiers, those specific task buttons would occasionally haunt the screen and persist even after you clicked into a completely different task. Thom cleared the wires, so every task now starts with a clean slate and its own correct set of actions.
