Product Update

What’s New - March 24th, 2026

Mar 25, 2026

Think of a high-speed train: it’s a powerhouse of momentum, but it only stays that way if the tracks are clear. If a car stalls at a crossing, that massive engine has to come to a screeching, disruptive halt.

This week, the team acted as the ultimate rail inspectors. David and Thom ensured the crossing arms stay down to keep unexpected obstacles in places like documentation and patient intake off the tracks. Meanwhile, Ben and Casey are clearing the debris further down the line so the revenue cycle never has to hit the brakes. We’re making sure our clinics can keep the throttle open and just glide on an unhindered clinical flow.

Improved

Internal - Cori and David collaborated to refresh our internal demo clinic, ensuring our prospective partners always see the most polished and high-performing version of the StrataEMR platform.

Internal - Thom optimized our internal document workflow, removing a hurdle that was slowing down our team’s ability to process and view incoming customer documents. It’s a behind-the-scenes speed boost that helps us support you faster.

Internal - Ben and Casey have leveled up the recently created denial intelligence tool, providing our RCM Success team with a new layer of surgical precision. By maturing the data breakdown to include specific denial types, customers, and payers, the team can now dissect trends with even greater depth. This internal sophistication allows us to continue our move from just seeing denials to anticipating and neutralizing them preemptively with a much sharper lens.

Fixed

StrataEMR - Thom has re-aligned the workflow for patient arrivals. The "Start Documentation" button is back at the top of your clinical documents. Clicking it seamlessly moves the patient from Arrived/Waiting to In Progress behind the scenes, without ever taking you away from your note.

StrataEMR - To ensure a more seamless experience for your patients (and less missed data for you), Thom refined the behavior of our multi-page engagement forms. Now, when a patient moves to a new page, the form will automatically reset to the top. No more "bottom-loading" pages or accidental skip-overs, just a clear, guided journey from start to finish.

StrataEMR - David has reinforced our task management logic to better handle cancelled cases. Previously, Missing Document tasks required multiple pieces of the cancellation details to be filled before they would clear. Now, the system is perceptive enough to know that if a document is marked as Cancelled, that is enough to allow the task to delete itself automatically.

See you on the next update!
