Every great pit crew knows the truth: the fastest car in the world still loses the race if the tires aren't changed in time. This week, the team split into two squads. One worked under the hood, building tools that will change how our operations teams and your clinics work with data. The other swapped the tires at speed, tightening bolts across billing, claims, and payer management so nothing slows you down on race day. With dozens of items shipped and zero laps lost, we’re making sure you stay in the lead.
Internal - David is expanding Mako AI’s capabilities to include sophisticated work order analysis. By training Mako to summarize actions and trends internally, we’re gaining a sharper lens into the most impactful areas for improvement across all clinics.
Internal - David is continuing to build out the "infrastructure of the future" for your clinical documents. These internal updates are adding the sophisticated layers needed for upcoming features that will make your templates even smarter and more intuitive.
Website - Elise has expanded the Medicare Fee Calculator on stratapt.com to include RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring) and pelvic health codes (98975–98985 and biofeedback). You can now access locality-adjusted rates for these specialized services with the same ease you do for PT, OT, and SLP codes.
Internal - Paul has synchronized the ChampVA appeals address system-wide. As they have moved to a single centralized address for all claims and records, every clinic in the StrataPT family is now automatically pointed to the correct Tampa, FL destination. No misdirected appeals; just a direct path to reimbursement.
Internal - Ben improved how StrataPT statement adjustments are presented internally. This provides our team with even greater visibility into individual line items for total billing transparency.
Internal - Ben matured the logic behind our secondary AR follow-up timers. This update provides the RCM team with a consistent and predictable cadence for secondary claim follow-ups, ensuring your revenue cycle never loses its rhythm.
Website - Elise smoothed out the mobile scrolling behavior on our demo booking page. Prospective partners using phones will now find the calendar interface much more fluid and responsive.
Internal - Elise collaborated with Mariah and Addie to remove some noise from the work order queues. By maturing the logic that triggers work orders on initial saves and default dropdown states, we’ve ensured that work orders are only generated when a meaningful action is required.
Internal - Elise resolved a caching hurdle within payer lists. Deleting a duplicate payer now reflects in the system in real-time, keeping your payer management dashboard perfectly accurate and up-to-date.
See you on the next update!
