The wait is finally over. For the past few weeks, we’ve been teasing an internal report that our team dubbed their "best friend," and today, we’re finally introducing you. The Clarity Panel Summary Report is officially live for all customers, giving you a high-level view of your data across the entire practice.
Meanwhile, our resident apex predator, Mako AI Scribe, is getting a bit more collaborative. We’ve unlocked the fragment family for all accounts that will allow you to snap your generated SOAP notes directly into your documentation with a single click. We’ve also been doing some spring cleaning with David hiding the ghosts of inactive organizations from your switcher, and Elise ensuring our reports keep reporting (we see you, hard working assistants!) and our work orders keep working.

The Clarity Panel Summary Report is now live! This is the big one. We previously released this as an internal tool for our RCM Success Teams, but just released this report to everyone. This report provides you with a bird’s-eye view of Clarity Panel data across your outgoing claims with the ability to filter by date range.
Let us know what you think!
All accounts will now have the Mako AI Scribe fragments, accessible through the Mako AI Scribe fragment family. These templates can be used in tandem with the Transfer to Documentation button to bring the generated SOAP note text directly into your documentation.
StrataEMR - David updated the organization switcher so that it no longer shows inactive organizations or facilities.
Internal - David corrected the way that SSO login URLs are generated on the Setup page, as part of our upcoming SSO work.
StrataEMR - Previously the Schedule Analytics Report would not display information for when selecting an assistant role. Elise corrected this so that when an assistant is selected, the report will show the patients they have assigned.
StrataEMR - Elise also updated the "New Patients By Payer Name" report. If a patient has multiple historical policies from the same payer, the system will no longer double-count them toward the top payer list. One patient = one count.
Internal - Mariah and Elise put their heads together to correct a work order automation that was triggering more often than it should.
Internal - Elise also worked with Alexis to fix some behavior where certain work orders were showing in certain dashboards but not in others.
See you on the next update!
