Product Update

What’s New - May 14th, 2026

May 12, 2026

If there’s something pesky in your EMR... who you gonna call? (Thom and Elise, obviously).

This week, the team has been busy playing digital Ghostbusters. We’ve been hunting down "ghost records," clearing out false alarms, and reinforcing our containment unit (security hardening) to keep your data safe and your workflow smooth. Sometimes the most meaningful progress isn't a brand-new button, but the successful banishment of a barrier you didn't even know was slowing you down.

StrataEMR

The front line. Updates and refinements you’ll interact with firsthand within StrataEMR.

Fixed - Thom re-aligned the logic governing our Mako AI Scribe transcript states. Previously, under certain conditions, a scribe could prematurely flip to a "Completed" state before it was actually finished. Thom tightened those guardrails so the transcript lifecycle reflects the honest status of your note, keeping your documentation workflow sharp and reliable.

Fixed - Thom resolved an issue where the "Get from Previous Docs" option would occasionally limit your selection to just the first fragment of a section. You can now pull any historical fragment into your current document with total flexibility.

Fixed - Thom also cleared a false "Auth Dates Cannot Overlap" alert that was appearing when closing tasks after a successful authorization save.

Fixed - Elise added an extra layer to previous work done on an issue where rapidly clicking a button could generate unnamed duplicate records. This further ensures that extra accidental clicks no longer slip through, keeping your data clean and your referral counts accurate.

Website

The front door. Making it easier for you (and future clinics) to navigate our story.

Improved - Thom refreshed the navigation on stratapt.com, making it easier for visitors to find what they're looking for, because a great first impression starts before anyone logs in.

StrataLabs

The engine room. Internal improvements you won’t see on your screen, but you’ll certainly feel the impact of.

Updated - Ben and Elise completed a round of security hardening this week. These updates reinforce the safeguards already in place to protect your data.

Fixed - Elise resolved an issue where data was populating out of order on a specific segment of internal tickets. By ensuring every piece of data lands in the right place, our team can work even more efficiently.

See you on the next update!
