Few things are as annoying as receiving an unfinished thought. Whether it’s a text message that mysteriously cuts off mid-sentence, a support ticket left floating in limbo, or a stack of work waiting for manual triage, loose ends drain momentum.
Today we’re focused on closing the loop. We’re patching up the communication gaps and letting Mako handle the follow-through, ensuring that nothing gets left half-done or lost in translation.
The front line. Updates and refinements you’ll interact with firsthand within StrataEMR.
Improved - Elise has been teaching Mako to assist in managing and closing resolved support tickets. Moving forward, you might see Mako jump into a thread to check if your issue has been fully wrapped up. If it hasn't, don't worry. Simply reply to the message, and the thread stays open. Mako will swim with you all the way to the finish line.
Fixed - Thom and Audrey caught and resolved an issue that was causing SMS text messages containing an ampersand (&) to cut off mid-send. Your patient texts will now arrive whole, completely intact.
The engine room. Internal improvements you won’t see on your screen, but you’ll certainly feel the impact of.
Improved - Paul expanded Mako's automation muscle to handle specific internal tickets. Mako can now post and generate the appropriate follow-up tasks for a comprehensive set of credentialing denial codes, including NPI mismatches, lapsed coverage, and missing billing info. The RCM team no longer needs to manually triage these - Mako recognizes the pattern, logs a detailed note of the work done so far, and routes the task precisely where it needs to go.
See you on the next update!
