Product Update

What’s New - May 22nd, 2026

May 22, 2026

Healthcare is never a one-size-fits-all industry. A pediatric speech therapist operates in a completely different world than a multi-location outpatient rehab center or a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility (CORF).

This Friday’s release is all about the Custom Fit. We’re dialing in hyper-specific pathways and specialized workflows, ensuring that whether a prospective clinic is exploring our website or our internal team is handling a complex Part A corrected claim, the system reflects the exact reality of their specialty.

StrataEMR

The front line. Updates and refinements you’ll interact with firsthand within StrataEMR.

All Quiet on the Front Line - The EMR team spent this week focused entirely on under-the-hood optimization and performance benchmarking. While your screen looks exactly the same today, the engine is primed and ready for a smooth, high-speed week of charting ahead.

Website

The front door. Making it easier for you (and future clinics) to navigate our story.

New -  Bob and Kylie launched a massive content expansion on stratapt.com, building out dedicated spaces for the unique specialties and settings we serve.

  • Tailored Paths - New pages are now live for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Pediatric Therapy, and ABA Therapy.

  • Clinic-Type Specificity - We’ve also added tailored landing zones for Outpatient Rehab, Multiple Location Clinics, Assisted Living Facilities, and CORF settings. Now, before a future clinic ever reaches out, they can see exactly how StrataEMR adapts to their specific daily workflow.

StrataLabs

The engine room. Internal improvements you won’t see on your screen, but you’ll certainly feel the impact of.

Improved - Paul eliminated a multi-step process for institutional payers. Our RCM team can now seamlessly insert institutional remark codes directly into the workflow when re-billing Part A corrected claims, getting clean claims out the door with significantly fewer clicks.

Improved - Antonio, collaborating with Casey, improved the method for our team to update fee schedules for specific orthotics and prosthetics codes. This gives our Operational Rock Stars the leverage they need to quickly adjust fee schedules when there’s opportunity to optimize client chargemasters.

Fixed - Elise cleared up a loop in Mako’s support logic. Earlier this week, Mako learned to ask if support tickets were resolved; today, Elise resolved a quirk where, when Mako confirmed a ticket was successfully resolved, it wasn't taking the final step to actually change the status. The loop is now officially closed.

Fixed - Thom corrected an issue within an internal workflow that was preventing support items from being reassigned to different team members. This is fully restored, ensuring work flows seamlessly to the right expert.

See you on the next update!
