They say that where you stand depends on where you sit. A clinician looking at a chart has a completely different set of priorities than an owner looking over reports or a front-office lead managing a waiting room.
With today’s release, we’re focusing on those different perspectives. From the front door of our website to the internal engines our team uses to support you, we’re making sure that everyone—prospects, partners, and our own staff—has the clearest possible view of the tools they need to succeed.
The front line. Updates and refinements you’ll interact with firsthand within StrataEMR.
Upcoming - We aren't quite ready to pull back the curtain on our next major feature just yet, but keep your eyes on this space. We’ll be opening up more opportunities to join our Early Access testing groups in the near future!
The front door. Updates to the StrataPT website, designed to help your team and future teams find exactly what they need.
New - Bob and Thomas brought three new role-specific pages live on stratapt.com: one built for Clinicians, one for the Front Office, and one for Practice Owners and Clinic Leaders. Each page tells the story of how StrataEMR works for that specific role - from charting with Mako AI Scribe to kiosk check-in, auth tracking, and practice-level reporting. Prospects can now land on a page that speaks directly to how they spend their day.
New - Bob also added to our list of competitor comparison pages. Each one offers side-by-side context across pricing, billing workflow, reporting, support, and clinic fit. Honest comparisons, clearly structured, so conversations can start from a grounded place.
Improved - Bob reorganized the site navigation on stratapt.com to make it easier for visitors to explore on their own. Content that was harder to find is now more accessible, and the structure stays consistent and familiar on mobile.
The engine room. Internal improvements you won’t see on your screen, but you’ll certainly feel in our speed and responsiveness.
Upcoming - The team has been building a new internal global inbox — a centralized view that surfaces every active ticket thread and support conversation across all organizations in one place. The goal is straightforward: get replies out faster by removing friction when a customer needs an update. Multiple pieces of this project crossed into testing this week, and the team is in the final stretch of what will be a meaningfully faster way for us to stay in your corner.
See you on the next update!
