When you’re in the cockpit, every switch on the flight deck needs to react instantly. Smooth flying relies on responsive controls and keeping the runway completely clear of lingering obstacles.
Today we’re helping you clear the runway for takeoff. We’ve turned the patient search into a button, tightened up how tasks clear when appointments move or cancel, given our RCM team new denial filters, and opened up the throttle for new automation opportunities.
The Cockpit. Responsive controls and clear flight path displays for daily navigation.
Search Box Spyglass - Thanks to Thom, clicking the magnifying glass icon in the patient search bar now executes your search directly, just like hitting Enter. Search away!
Clearing Diverted Tasks - Thom and Elise cleared two obstacles from the runway: missing documentation tasks and copay tasks that used to hang around in certain instances where a visit was canceled or rescheduled. Both now clear out predictably alongside the canceled visit.
Ground Control. Automated telemetry, radar filters, and backend flight prep.
Advanced Denial Trend Radar - Ben rolled out new filters for our internal denials report, allowing RCM leads to track denials by specific groupings within custom date windows, making trend tracking far sharper on radar.
Improved Portal Automations - David added extra guardrails and cleared a performance bottleneck for automated portal actions.
Expanded Automated Adjustment Processing - Paul expanded our ability to automate parts of the process for multiple claim adjustment codes across CO, OA, and PI categories. This will allow more denial and adjustment reasons to process without manual flight control intervention.
See you on the next update!
