After being burned by our old billing service provider, I met Adam from Strata and really felt like part of a team! He got us started with Ashley, our Account Manager, who with her support team, was able to figure out our issues with KY Medicaid and all the little problems that the e-stims can cause in regards to collecting the most that we can get from the different insurers. Ashley and her team even put together a task group to study the different problems we were previously having with our insurers and it has definitely helped our reimbursements (our old billing provider never put that kind of effort into anything that we were doing – we were just to fend for ourselves.) Ashley even found out that our old billing company had not billed the right entity and therefore Strata was able to get that out and keep us from losing almost a thousand dollars. I love the Clarity Panel and it works great to quickly see what has been done with our individual patient’s accounts. Adam never promised anything that they could not deliver with their system in the beginning and Ashley makes us feel like we are the only account that they have and gives us very individualized attention. The only regret that I have is that I didn’t start with them 2+ yrs ago!! You just can’t lose with Strata!!!
